Refund policy


We make a firm commitment to our customers to provide them with benefits with their purchases, that's why All Season American Flooring wants you to be satisfied with your purchase so that you shop again from our website. Our hassle-free return and refund policy is detailed below:

Return Policy

  1. Within 24 hours of placing your order, we'll refund you less than a 3 percent processing fee if you need to cancel it. This is a transaction fee offered by merchants and payment gateways
  2. Every product to be refunded should be in perfect condition, brand-new, unopened, and still in its original packaging. Once the flooring has been installed, we cannot accept its returns. Keep aside one to three cartons of flooring material after finishing your flooring just in case to repair it.
  3. The return shipment must include at least three intact, sealed cartons. If the returned product is damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from the refund or refuse the return.
  4. All returns are accepted within the predetermined period of 30 days. Before you can return anything, you must get our representative's approval. No refunds are allowed after 30 days. Moreover, a return authorization request for some flooring products may take 14 days. Please get in touch with your customer service representative if you require any additional assistance.

Refund Policy:

  1. Once the returned item is received, the refund will be processed within 20 days. Refunds will proceed using the original payment method, which means the credit card you used for the purchase will be charged.
  2. If you decide to return items to your order, you will be responsible for all shipping costs of the original order, return costs, and any necessary restocking fees, ranging from 10% to 30% of the total cost.
  3. No specific distribution center or mill orders may be canceled. Please get in touch with your sales representative about all of your worries regarding it.
  4. The invoice's freight charge doesn't complement the upfront freight expense. Even when FREE shipping was offered, the freight we pay to deliver your product is typically much higher than the amount reflected on your invoice.
  5. Custom orders and orders placed directly with the mill are examples of orders that cannot be returned. Please bring up your concerns with the salesperson before making a purchase
  6. You must pay the charges for the return shipment.
